Holy cow! John Mellencamp, an American rockstar has officially filed for divorce from his model wife, Elaine Irwin. He, who is currently dating actress Meg Ryan, has been with his soon-to-be-ex-wife for 18 years!
He filed the divorce last Friday in Indiana, listing him as the petitioner and Elaine as the respondent, according to ShowbizSpy.
Elaine is currently taking a break at Los Angeles with their two children. I'm pretty sure the children are devastated and broiling hatred towards the middle woman.
